Sweet Felicia and the Honeytones

Sweet Felicia is an award-winning artist, powerhouse bassist, and soulful vocalist with a career spanning over 45 years. Known for performing straight from the heart with both power and grace, she leads her band with groove, grit, and an unmistakable joy for the music.

A current nominee for the Blues Music Victoria Hall of Fame, Felicia has been at the core of Australian blues for decades. Since forming Sweet Felicia & The Honeytones in 1999, she’s been a mainstay at major festivals and venues across the country. Her extensive career includes stints with The Delta Rhythm Kings and the Chris Wilson Band, as well as touring with international greats like Bill Kirchen and Ben Waters. She’s shared stages with legends including BB King and Ron Wood, and in 2010 represented Melbourne as a semi-finalist in the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, Tennessee.

A three-time BASEQ Blues Award winner, Felicia’s musical reach extends beyond blues. She’s performed with projects like The Flannelettes, Gospel Belles, and the internationally acclaimed The Beez, and is a dedicated mentor with Wild at Heart, MBAS Youth in Blues, Echuca Winter Blues Songwriters Studio, and Germany’s Blues in Schools.
